We are recruiting on behalf of a leading accident repair centre located in Plumstead, seeking a skilled Panel Beater to join their dedicated team. Duties:
  • Repairing and refurbishing vehicles to the highest standards in line with manufacturer guidelines
  • Producing quality work efficiently to meet the workshop’s production targets
  • Working on accident-damaged vehicles, ensuring repairs are completed to insurance industry standards
  • Ensuring all work is completed within allocated timeframes, with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Assisting with paint prep, panel alignment, and quality assessment as part of the repair process
  • Maintaining a safe and tidy workshop environment at all times
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Panel Beater in a reputable automotive repair environment
  • Ability to produce high-quality repairs efficiently and accurately
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle panel repair and refinishing techniques
  • Reliable and professional attitude with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work well within a team and independently when required
  • Flexible to work hours as needed, with a commitment to delivering top-quality work
