- Ensure all workshop and service processes meet manufacturer and company standards
- Monitor and drive departmental KPIs including efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Manage cost control and ensure strong financial performance across the department
- Develop and support team members through coaching, appraisals, and ongoing training
- Ensure compliance with all health & safety and regulatory requirements
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a seamless customer journey
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and resolve escalated issues effectively
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, performance, and customer experience
- Lead workforce planning and ensure effective workload management
- Proven experience in a Service Manager or senior aftersales management position within the automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of workshop operations and dealership service processes
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Highly organised with strong commercial awareness
- Confident using systems and technology to manage performance and reporting
- Strong customer focus with the ability to build lasting relationships
- Ability to lead from the front in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Full UK driving licence required
