Parts Advisor Vacancy in Yeovil

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Parts Advisor to join their team in Yeovil. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a well-established dealership. Benefits

Competitive basic salary of £30,000 per annum Depending on Experience
OTE + circa £3,000 (uncapped) 
22 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
Full-time hours with overtime potential

Duties

Managing parts sales and stock levels for multiple brands. 
Advising customers on parts and accessories both in person and via phone
Processing orders and ensuring timely delivery of parts
Maintaining accurate parts inventory and relevant documentation
Supporting the workshop and service departments as needed
Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain excellent customer service standards

Candidate spec

Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar role within the motor trade is preferred
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
A proactive team player with a professional manner
