Key Responsibilities as the Sales Manager:
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the sales part of the business
- Support and coach team members to meet and exceed targets
- Close sales effectively
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience is delivered at every stage
- Maintain compliance with FCA regulations
- Use your experience to help build the sales arm of this business, building on early growth
- Experience in automotive sales
- The willingness to help build a business that is in its early stages
- Proven ability to close deals and achieve strong performance metrics
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
- Process-driven with strong attention to detail
- FCA Accredited
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Professional and presentable appearance
- Up to £40,000 basic salary
- Uncapped Commission – OTE £70,000+
