An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual with proven automotive sales experience to join an emerging business as a Used Car Sales Manager.

Early growth has been quick, yet this is a business in its early stages looking for experience to take it to the next level.

This position would suit a current Sales Manager or a Senior Sales Executive looking to take the next step in their career. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for sales to earn uncapped commission.

Key Responsibilities as the Sales Manager:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operation of the sales part of the business
  • Support and coach team members to meet and exceed targets

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
  • Process-driven with strong attention to detail
  • FCA Accredited 
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Professional and presentable appearance
