- Respond promptly to roadside breakdowns to deliver expert vehicle repair and diagnostic services
- Conduct assessments, troubleshoot faults, and perform repairs on a variety of light vehicles at the roadside
- Offer excellent customer service by maintaining professionalism and providing reassurance during stressful breakdown situations
- Complete all required documentation accurately and efficiently on site and via company systems
- Maintain and service your van, tools, and diagnostic equipment, ensuring readiness for every call
- Adhere to safety regulations and company policies while working independently across different locations nationwide
- A Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification or equivalent recognised qualification
- At least 2 years’ post-qualification experience in vehicle diagnostics, electrical repairs, and general mechanical repairs
- Strong customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills
- Full UK driving licence with clean record
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and respond to roadside emergencies swiftly
