- Competitive basic salary up to £38,000 with an OTE potential of up to £40,000
- Flexible working options including part-time roles available
- Monday to Friday working hours from 08:00 to 17:00 with a 60-minute lunch break - Part time hours considered.

- Regular team initiatives such as Monday morning breakfast
- Christmas shutdown from midday December 23rd to January 2nd, paid and not deducted from holiday allowance
- Performing MOT inspections to industry standards
- Servicing and repairing a variety of vehicles efficiently and accurately
- Conveying test results and additional work requirements clearly to the service reception team
- Conducting vehicle diagnostics and repairs as required
- Keeping up-to-date with technical knowledge and regulations
- Maintaining high standards of quality inspection and customer service
- Adhering to safety and workshop policies at all times
- Proven experience as an MOT Tester & Technician, Sole Tester or part-time applicants considered
- Valid MOT testing certification
- Good understanding of vehicle diagnostics and repair procedures
- Able to work under pressure and manage workload effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Strong communication and team-working skills
- Full driving licence
