- VEHICLE SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR - SWINDON
- SALARY: £29,000 basic salary plus bonuses, providing on-target earnings around £34,000 per annum.
- HOURS: 45-hour week: 8:00am-5:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Our client, a franchise-approved commercial vehicle dealer group with multiple sites nationwide, is currently looking to hire a Retail and Warranty Service Administrator for their busy Swindon dealership.
Reporting to the Group Warranty Manager and working as part of a team, as a Retail and Warranty Service Administrator, your main duties will include:
- Retail invoicing.
- Warranty invoicing/claim processing.
- General admin duties and general support to the service team with day-to-day tasks.
- Resolving invoice queries with suppliers to ensure quotations are accurate and cost-effective.
- Assist with sending out quotations for work on customer vehicles.
- Follow up on any outstanding purchase orders to ensure supplier invoices associated with the work are approved.
- General administrative support for the service team to include post distribution, monitoring stationery stock and arranging for supplies when necessary.
- Point of contact for general enquiries with our customers in the admin office.
To be eligible, you will have a background in an administrative capacity with knowledge of the automotive industry and ideally previous vehicle warranty administration experience or experience in a similar dealership administration role. Overall, you will have excellent organisational skills and be able to handle conflicting demands whilst being able to identify priorities in a highly demanding environment. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong, cooperative relationships with customers & colleagues are also a must. Any experience working with the Kerridge/Keyloop dealer management system or with vehicle warranty systems would be beneficial, but isn't essential.
