Parts Advisor - Caerphilly
  • Salary: Up to £28-30,000 basic salary, plus a performance-related bonus providing additional earnings of circa £300 per month.
  • Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 10:00am to 7:00pm, with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings paid at time and a half.

Our client, a multi-site franchised approved commercial vehicle dealer group, requires an experienced and professional Vehicle Parts Advisor to join their site in Caerphilly.

Your duties shall include:
  • To receive all parts orders, accurately identify requirements and ensure they are accurately and promptly picked and dispatched.
  • Accurately identify and process customer parts requirements, whilst maintaining a courteous and professional approach in a busy trade parts sales environment.
  • To ensure that all company policies and procedures applicable to their area of responsibility are always adhered to.
To be eligible, you will live within a reasonable commuting distance of Caerphilly. You will need to hold recent or current automotive vehicle parts experience, ideally working with dealership vehicle parts; however, our client is also very interested in candidates from a motor factor background. You will also need to be IT literate, given you will work daily with a dealer management system (Kerridge) and electronic parts catalogue system, hold a UK driving license with minimal points, and have strong customer service/sales skills with a friendly and charismatic manner.

For your hard work as a Vehicle Parts Advisor, our client is offering:
  • Starting basic salary up to £28-30,000 per annum, pending experience.
  • Performance-related bonuses providing additional earnings up to £300 per month.
