Our client is looking for a dedicated Centre Manager to join their team in Okehampton. Duties of a Centre Manager;
  • Managing day-to-day operations of the vehicle service centre efficiently
  • Leading and motivating the team to deliver excellent customer service and repair standards
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Overseeing workshop productivity and profitability
  • Managing and developing staff to achieve individual and team targets
  • Maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the motor trade, ideally as an Independent Garage Manager, Fast Fit Branch Manager, or Service Manager
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of statutory health and safety requirements and vehicle repair processes
  • A proactive approach and a desire to succeed in a competitive environment
  • Valid UK driving licence
