Duties
  • Managing the customer journey within the Service Department, ensuring a positive experience
  • Liaising effectively between service advisors, technicians, and customers
  • Following dealership processes accurately and efficiently
  • Promoting additional services and maintaining customer relationships
  • Achieving sales targets and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels
  • Handling customer inquiries and providing expert advice on vehicle repairs and servicing
Candidate spec
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor is preferred but not absolutely necessary 
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
  • A professional attitude with a customer-focused mindset
  • Full UK driving licence is essential
  • Knowledge of main dealer operations is desirable but not essential, full training will be provided
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when needed
