Assistant Fast-Fit Manager – Derby / Nottingham
  • Basic: £38,500 DOE
  • OTE: £40,000+
  • Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm | Saturdays (1-in-2): 8:00am – 2:00pm
We’re recruiting for an experienced Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day running of a busy automotive Service Centre across the Derby / Nottingham area. This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone with strong workshop knowledge who enjoys a mix of front-of-house, team leadership, and occasional time on the tools.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Assisting the Branch Manager with the smooth running of the site

  • Interacting with customers, ensuring a high level of service
  • Helping to manage staff rotas and workshop productivity
  • Occasionally supporting the workshop with servicing and repairs
What we’re looking for:
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management background within the automotive sector
  • Strong technical knowledge – Technician background highly desirable
  • Confident customer-facing skills with a professional approach
  • Ability to organise workloads and support a busy team
  • A proactive individual who can step in and lead when required
