Vehicle Technician Opportunity in Malvern
  • Salary: £24,000 – £32,000 basic (DOE) + Bonus (OTE £36,000)
  • Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm (No Weekends)
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a busy and well-established independent garage in Malvern.

Working within an all-makes service and MOT workshop, you’ll be part of a friendly and supportive team, carrying out a wide range of servicing, repairs, and diagnostics. This position offers a great work-life balance with no weekend working, alongside a strong bonus structure to boost your earnings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a range of cars and vans
  • Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently
  • Conduct vehicle inspections and identify worn or faulty components
  • Complete MOT testing (if qualified)
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth workshop operations
  • Complete job cards and documentation accurately
About You:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Vehicle Technician
  • NVQ / IMI Level 3 qualified (or equivalent)
  • MOT Tester licence (desirable but not essential)
  • Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Full UK driving licence required
