LCV Technician – Main Dealership
  • Location: Coventry
  • Salary: Up to £45,000 basic (DOE) + Bonus (OTE £48,000)
  • Hours: Monday – Friday (40 hours per week) + 1 in 4 Saturday mornings
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced LCV Technician to join a premium main dealership in Coventry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repair work on light commercial vehicles
  • Diagnose faults and complete repairs to a high standard first time
  • Support preparation and maintenance of new, used, and loan vehicles
  • Work collaboratively with the workshop team to maintain efficiency and quality
  • Ensure all work is completed in line with manufacturer and dealership standards
  • Maintain accurate job records and documentation
About You:
  • NVQ / IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
  • Strong experience working within a workshop or dealership environment
  • Excellent diagnostic and fault-finding skills
  • Experience working on LCVs is desirable
  • MOT Tester licence (preferred but not essential)
  • Knowledge of hybrid/EV systems and VAG vehicles (advantageous)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
