Vehicle Technician based in a Stratford-upon-Avon Main Dealership
  • Location: Stratford-upon-Avon
  • Salary: Up to £35,000 basic (DOE) + Bonus (OTE £41,000)
  • Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm + 1 in 3 Saturdays 8:30am – 1:00pm
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a premium main dealership in Stratford-upon-Avon.

This is a fantastic chance to join a leading dealer group, working within a modern, well-equipped workshop alongside a skilled and supportive team. With access to ongoing training and development, this role offers excellent long-term career progression.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a range of vehicles
  • Diagnose faults and complete repairs to a high standard first time
  • Support preparation of new, used, and loan vehicles
  • Work collaboratively with the workshop team to maintain efficiency and quality
  • Ensure all work is completed in line with manufacturer and dealership standards
  • Maintain accurate job records and documentation
About You:
  • NVQ / IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
  • Strong experience working within a workshop or dealership environment
  • Excellent diagnostic and fault-finding skills
  • MOT Tester licence (preferred but not essential)
  • Knowledge of hybrid/EV systems and VAG vehicles (advantageous)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
