An established main dealer in Corby is looking to recruit an experienced Service Advisor to join their busy aftersales team.
The site is entering an exciting new phase, with recent investment bringing fresh opportunities, improved customer processes, and a strong focus on team development.
This is a key front-of-house role, ideal for someone who thrives in a customer-focused environment and is passionate about delivering a high level of service.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, both in person and over the phone
- Manage the full customer journey from booking through to vehicle handover
- Upsell additional work, services, and products to maximise profitability
- Liaise with the workshop to ensure smooth workflow and timely updates
- Keep customers informed on progress, costs, and completion times
- Complete all administrative duties accurately and in line with dealership processes

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to upsell and work towards targets
- Organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Full UK driving licence
