Are you an experienced Vehicle Technician looking to advance your career within a respected Main Dealership group? We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join a reputable Dealership in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a professional and supportive environment, with flexible working options tailored to your needs.

This Vehicle Technician role offers:
  • A competitive basic salary from £28,000 to £42,000, depending on experience and qualifications
  • Uncapped bonus potential with a guaranteed three-month bonus upon start
  • An achievable OTE of up to £46,000 for high performers
  • Flexible working hours, with options to discuss a four-day week or 42.5 hours per week at interview
  • 33 days holiday including bank holidays

Key duties for a Vehicle Technician:
  • Servicing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of cars and vans to manufacturer standards
  • Performing diagnostics and fault-finding on complex electrical and mechanical systems
  • Completing vehicle health checks and providing accurate reports
  • Ensuring all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
  • Working closely with team members to deliver excellent customer service
Requirements of this Vehicle Technician position:
  • Qualified Vehicle Technician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in a main dealer or reputable independent garage
  • Strong diagnostic and electrical fault-finding skills preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently
  • Full UK driving licence
