  • SALARY: £18,000 basic salary with uncapped on-target earnings around £55-60,000 per annum.

A not-to-miss opportunity has become available for a New/Used Car Sales Executive at our client’s busy franchise-approved car dealership in Hereford.

Reporting to the General Manager and working as part of a successful sales team, as a New/Used Car Sales Executive, you will be required to sell new and used cars, accessories, finance, finance-related products and warranties to reach and exceed targets. You will be required to keep customers informed of delivery progress and advise customers of any delays that may occur. You will be required to resolve any queries which may arise and collect payment from customers before releasing their new car. As a New/Used Car Sales Executives must explain warranty service arrangements, introduce customers to the Service Department team, demonstrate the car's features and offer any other support that may be required. 

Do you need prior car sales experience? In short, no! 

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have strong and successful new/used car sales experience (preferably within a franchise-approved car dealer environment); however, our client is very open to considering candidates with no prior car sales experience but a strong track record in sales/customer service, looking to undertake a new challenge. Overall, you will need to have a desire to produce results, a commitment to excellence, be able to build outstanding customer relationships, and have a genuine passion to work for the company. You will need to be brand-focused, capable of working independently and have the energy and commitment to seek every sales opportunity. A UK driving license with minimal points is essential.

  • Basic salary of £18,000 per annum.
  • Access to a generous commission structure with uncapped on-target earnings of around £55-60,000+ per annum.
