Are you an experienced Vehicle Technician seeking an exciting opportunity within a busy and well-established workshop? We are recruiting on behalf of a respected employer in Brent Cross, for a skilled LCV Technician to join their dedicated team.

This is a fantastic chance to work in a thriving environment, specialising in light commercial vehicles, with excellent earnings potential and a supportive work culture.

  • Competitive basic salary of up to £38,760 with OTE of £44,760
  • Performance-related bonuses earning up to £600 per quarter
  • Monday to Friday working hours from 8am to 5.30pm, with Saturday mornings paid at 1.5 times the standard rate

Duties as a LCV Technician will include:
  • Performing a wide range of vehicle repairs and servicing on light commercial vehicles and cars
  • Conducting clutch replacements, timing belt replacements, and other scheduled maintenance
  • Fault diagnosis and road testing vehicles post-repair
  • Accurately completing service documentation and repair reports
  • Ensuring work complies with manufacturer standards and safety regulations
  • Maintaining a clean and organised workshop environment
Requirements that the LCV Technician will need:
  • Relevant technical qualifications, ideally NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in vehicle maintenance and repairs
  • Experience working on vans and cars within a busy workshop environment
  • Full valid UK manual driving licence, with no more than a few points (please specify points)
  • Good understanding of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and general repair procedures
  • A proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
