Are you a skilled Multi Skilled Bodyshop Technician seeking a new challenge in an established accident repair centre?

We are currently recruiting for a talented Multi Skilled Bodyshop Technician Nightshift to join a busy team based in Grays, Essex. This is an excellent opportunity to work for an employer who values expertise, efficiency, and dedication, offering a competitive salary and generous incentives.

  • Basic salary of up to £24 per hour, plus a time saved bonus based on efficiencies, with an OTE exceeding £60,000 per year

  • Nightshift work with consistent shift pattern from Monday to Thursday, 18:00 to 05:00
Duties of the Bodyshop Technician:
  • Carry out a wide range of bodyshop repairs including panel beating, paint spraying, and Mechanical Electrical Testing (MET)
  • Support a team of skilled technicians by providing expert repairs across all bodyshop disciplines
  • Work efficiently to meet repair times while maintaining high quality standards
  • Utilize Thatcham methods and insurance bodyshop techniques where applicable
  • Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and industry standards
Requirements of the Bodyshop Technician:
  • Qualified or time-served in all bodyshop repair disciplines including Panel Beater, Paint Sprayer, and MET or Auto Electrician skills
  • Experience working within an insurance bodyshop environment preferable
  • Full UK/EU driving licence is essential due to the nature of the position
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-quality work
  • Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment
