Duties

  • Assisting customers in selecting the correct parts for their vehicles, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Managing stock levels and ordering parts as needed to maintain inventory accuracy
  • Processing parts sales efficiently and accurately, including dealing with retail and trade customers
  • Providing technical advice and support to both colleagues and customers
  • Maintaining a clean and organised parts department, adhering to health and safety guidelines
Candidate specification

  • Previous experience working as a Parts Advisor or in a similar role within the motor trade
  • Good communication skills and a friendly, professional approach
  • Knowledge of vehicle parts and automotive systems
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work well within a team and independently when required
