We are currently seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join a well-established automotive team in Grays, Essex. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled individual to become a vital part of a busy parts department, providing excellent service to both retail customers and workshop teams. Duties of the Parts Advisor:
  • Providing exceptional customer service to retail clients and workshop teams
  • Managing parts stock levels and ordering supplies as needed
  • Assisting with parts sales and ensuring accurate transactions
  • Supporting the workshop with parts availability and enquiries
  • Maintaining accurate records of parts stock and sales
  • Contributing to a smooth and efficient parts department operation
Requirements of the Parts Advisor:
  • Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar role within the motor trade
  • Good knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
  • Reliable with a stable working history
  • Strong organisational and customer service skills
  • Ability to work well within a team and independently when needed
  • Professional attitude and excellent communication skills
