- Salary: £27,250 basic salary with uncapped on-target earnings around £53,000 per annum.

Duties:
Reporting to the Sales Manager and working with a friendly sales and administration support team, you will be required to sell predominantly new and used cars ranging from electric compact city cars to SUVs and everything in between. You will also sell various add-ons, accessories, and finance/insurance products to reach and exceed allocated sales targets and ensure a high level of customer service. You will be required to keep customers informed of the delivery progress of their vehicle and advise customers of any potential delays that may arise. You will be required to resolve any queries which may arise and collect payment from customers before releasing the vehicle. You must explain warranties, after-sales service arrangements, introduce the customer to the Service Department where possible, demonstrate the features of the vehicle and offer any other support that may be required.
Requirements:
Due to the nature of this role, recent or current franchise-approved car sales experience is essential to our client at this stage, and top sales performers are encouraged to apply. Overall, you will need to have a desire to produce results, a commitment to excellence, be able to build outstanding customer relationships, be IT literate and forward-thinking in using the latest sales techniques and technology and have a genuine passion to work for our client and the brand they represent. A UK driving license with minimal points is essential.
