Are you an experienced professional looking to join a well-established, busy Bodyshop in Crawley, West Sussex? We are recruiting on behalf of a leading insurance-approved accident repair centre for a skilled Bodyshop Service Advisor to become a vital part of their dedicated team. This full-time, permanent role offers excellent prospects and a highly competitive basic salary of £30,000.

Duties

  • Manage customer interactions with a polite and professional manner
  • Using Microsoft Office and internal systems for administrative tasks

  • Update customers on vehicle repair status and estimated completion times
  • Support the Transport Manager and Office Administrator with relevant duties
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction to encourage loyalty and referrals
Candidate spec

  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive sector, ideally within a Bodyshop environment
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Polite and clear communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and bodyshop systems
  • Ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment
  • A professional attitude and commitment to customer service excellence
  • Automotive industry experience is desirable but not essential
