MET Technician required in Crawley for Family Run Bodyshop 
Pay: £40,000 - £50,000 + Time Saved Bonus 
Hours: 45 hours per week Monday - Friday 

Our client, a well-established family-run bodyshop in Crawley, is currently seeking a skilled MET Technician to join their dedicated team. This is a fantastic chance to work within a reputable workshop known for its long-standing commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be passionate about their craft, with a proven track record in vehicle repairs and maintenance, eager to contribute to a busy and supportive environment.

Duties:
  • Carrying out repairs and maintenance on a variety of vehicles to a high standard
  • Working within a busy workshop environment, meeting productivity targets
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth workshop operations
  • Supporting the team with vehicle diagnostics and repairs, including electrical and mechanical work
  • Ensuring all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer specifications
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a MET Technician, ideally with auto electrical knowledge
  • Qualification in vehicle repairs and maintenance (NVQ or equivalent)
  • Experience working with ADAS systems is highly desirable, but training will be provided if necessary
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable, hardworking, and committed to delivering quality work
  • Enthusiastic about continuous learning and development
