  • Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum with a bonus scheme providing an uncapped earning potential of up to £65,000+ per annum.
  • Hours: 8:00am-6:00pm Monday to Friday. No rota'd Saturday work; however, occasional Saturday mornings may be required, subject to business demand.

Our client, a large multi-franchise-approved car dealer group operating since 1994, is currently looking to recruit a Service Manager to join their Cheltenham dealership and drive it forward.
 
Reporting to the Group Service Director and responsible for a team of 6 to 7 Vehicle Technicians, 3 Service Advisors, and 2 Workshop Controllers, you will be a proactive member of our client's management team with responsibility for running an efficient and professional aftersales operation to ensure complete customer satisfaction through the maximum utilisation of workshop facilities and the efficient sale of labour.

The successful individual will live within a reasonable commuting distance of Cheltenham and have strong recent or current experience working as a Service or Aftersales Manager within a medium to large franchise-approved car dealership. You will need to be effective in managing and supporting colleagues and have the drive and determination to maintain policies that constantly improve customer satisfaction and our client's reputation. You will need to be IT literate and have a UK driving license with minimal points.
