As a Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring smooth communication between customers and the workshop team. Duties of a Service Advisor:
  • Greeting customers and smoothly managing the service intake process
  • Advising customers on repair and maintenance requirements
  • Producing accurate job cards and cost estimates
  • Liaising between technicians and customers to ensure timely updates
  • Upselling repair and maintenance services where appropriate
  • Managing repair progress and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout
Requirements of the Service Advisor:
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role within the motor trade
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Organised with good attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of automotive repair processes and terminology is desirable
