- Proven experience as a Paint Technician or Paint Sprayer within an accident repair centre or automotive environment
- Essential skills include proficient spraying and colour matching, ideally with ATA accreditation, although this is not essential
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering a high-quality finish
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable with a professional attitude towards health and safety regulations
