  • Location: Luton
  • Basic Salary: £31,000 + Bonus
  • OTE: £35,000
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am – 6:00pm (1 hour lunch)
  • 1 in 2 Saturdays: 9:00am - 1:00pm

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Parts Advisor to join a highly regarded main dealership in Luton. This is a fantastic chance to become part of a modern, state-of-the-art site, working within a supportive aftersales team and a strong, well-established dealer group.

You’ll be joining a business that values its people, offers stability, and provides genuine opportunities to develop your career within the motor trade.

Parts Advisor Responsibilities: 
  • Delivering excellent customer service to both internal teams and external customers
  • Assisting with parts identification, sourcing, and availability queries
  • Processing orders and managing the sale of vehicle parts and accessories
  • Maintaining an organised and efficient stock room
  • Monitoring, controlling, and replenishing stock levels
  • Ensuring all enquiries are handled promptly and professionally
  • Supporting workshop productivity through effective parts supply
Requirements:
  • Experienced in a similar motor trade or parts-based role (desirable)
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident and professional when communicating with customers
  • IT literate and comfortable using systems for stock and ordering
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work well within a team
  • Able to use initiative and remain calm under pressure
