Are you an experienced Vehicle Technician seeking a rewarding opportunity in Manchester? Our client is looking for a skilled and dependable Vehicle Technician to join their busy workshop. This is a excellent chance to progress your career within a reputable dealership environment, offering competitive pay and a supportive team atmosphere.

  • Competitive basic salary of up to £40,000 per annum
  • Genuine earning potential with on-target earnings (OTE) of £40,000
  • 20 days holiday plus bank holidays

  • Opportunity to work on a variety of vehicles including LCV and electric vehicles
  • Corporate events, including team outings and trips 
  • 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm with optional overtime available
Duties of the Vehicle Technician:
  • Diagnosing, repairing, and servicing a wide range of vehicles efficiently and accurately
  • Conducting relevant inspections and ensuring work is completed to manufacturer standards
  • Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through quality work and professional communication
  • Keeping accurate records of work performed and parts used
  • Supporting the team in delivering excellent service to every customer
  • Assisting in the training and mentoring of junior staff when required
Requirements of the Vehicle Technician:
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a dealership or similar environment
  • Suitable for experienced technicians or those specialising in LCV and EV servicing
  • Full UK driving licence is essential
  • Strong diagnostic skills and technical knowledge of modern vehicle systems
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Enthusiastic about developing skills and keeping up-to-date with the latest automotive technology
