Are you an experienced Parts Sales Advisor looking for your next challenge in Norwich, Norfolk? Our client, a well-established automotive centre, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Parts Sales Advisor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual to utilise their parts knowledge, deliver outstanding customer service, and contribute to the continued success of the business.

Benefits:
  • Competitive basic salary of £30,467 per year
  • Realistic on target earnings of up to £35,000 including bonuses
  • Working hours Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm
  • One in three Saturday mornings, 8am to 12.30pm

Duties:
  • Provide expert advice to customers on parts and accessories to meet their needs
  • Achieve personal KPI‘s and revenue objectives by actively promoting product offerings
  • Accurately identify and locate parts to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Utilise all product promotions effectively to meet targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular contact both via phone and face-to-face visits
  • Support the Sales Manager in achieving sales goals and delivering excellent service
  • Maintain high product knowledge and stay updated on competitor activity
  • Handle customer enquiries promptly and professionally within set KPI frameworks
  • Use company systems accurately to search and order parts and complete documentation
  • Follow up on customer orders, credit status, and ensure timely communication
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Parts Sales Advisor, Parts Supervisor or Parts Sales Representative is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
  • Knowledge of automotive parts and the automotive industry preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
