Pay: £36,000 - £40,000 Basic + £8k Uncapped OTE 
Hours: 8.30 - 5pm Monday - Friday with 1 in 4 Saturday mornings on a rota 

Are you an experienced Vehicle Technician looking for a new opportunity in Aldershot? Our client, a reputable dealership in Hampshire, is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their busy workshop team. This is an excellent chance to develop your career within a well-established group that values quality and customer satisfaction.

Duties

  • Conduct vehicle servicing, repairs, and diagnostics to manufacturer standards
  • Identify and resolve vehicle faults efficiently
  • Carry out safety inspections and prepare vehicles for MOT where necessary
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all work carried out
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure high standards of service and customer care
Candidate spec

  • NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Repair or equivalent qualification
  • Proven experience working as a Vehicle Technician in a dealership or independent garage
  • Diagnostic and fault-finding skills with a methodical approach
  • Full UK driving licence
  • MOT licence is desirable but not essential
  • Customer focused with a keen eye for detail and quality workmanship
