Duties of the Estimator VDA:

  • Conduct accurate vehicle damage assessments and estimations
  • Liaise effectively with customers, technicians, and insurance companies
  • Prepare detailed repair estimates ensuring quality and compliance
  • Manage the VDA process to ensure smooth workflow
  • Prioritise workload to meet deadlines in a high-volume environment
  • Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism
Experience required of the Estimator VDA:

  • Proven experience as an Estimator VDA within the automotive industry
  • ATA qualified or equivalent is essential
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a volume dealership
  • Full driving licence
  • Motivated, reliable, and capable of managing volume workloads
