Our client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Mobile Smart Repair Bodyshop Technician to join their dynamic team across West London. This is a fantastic chance to work in a mobile role, providing top-quality cosmetic paint repairs directly at customers' homes or workplaces.
Our Client is offering the successful Mobile Smart Repair Bodyshop Technician:
- £40,000 Basic Salary / £60,000 OTE
- Monday To Friday Working Hours / 1 Saturday Per Month
- Company Van Provided Fully Equipped & Fuel Card & Mobile Phone
- 22 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
- Weekly Pay + Company Pension Scheme + Discounts At High Street Retailers
- Automotive Bodyshop Smart Repair / Cosmetic Repair Experience Necessary
- OEM approved products and tools
- Critical illness cover and life assurance
- Conduct minor cosmetic repairs including paint spraying, dent repairs and SMART repairs
- Carry out bodywork repairs up to 30cm in diameter at customer locations
- Travel efficiently between job sites across West London
- Provide excellent customer service during repairs
- Ensure repair quality meets company standards
- Maintain tools and equipment in optimal condition
- Record and report completed work accurately
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times
- Previous experience with body shop or mobile repair work
- Sound knowledge of paint repair techniques including water-based paints and 2K clear coats
- Full UK driving licence and comfortable travelling within the West London area
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Motivated, with excellent organisational skills
- Good communication skills, confident in dealing with customers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A proactive approach to safety and best practice
