Are you an experienced Multi-skilled Paint and MET Technician seeking a rewarding position within a prestigious Porsche site? Our client is looking for a skilled professional to join their busy workshop in Cambridge.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated individual to become an integral part of a well-established dealership within the Lithia dealer group. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality work and want to join a forward-thinking team, this could be the perfect fit for you.

What's On Offer?
  • Competitive salary up to £50,000 per year
  • Flexible working hours, with options between 8am to 5pm or 7am to 4pm
  • Overtime paid at x1.00 depending on experience
  • Full time, permanent position with steady earning potential

Duties as a Bodyshop Technician will include:
  • Carry out high-standard paint spraying and mechanical tasks in line with manufacturer specifications
  • Manage and oversee workshop progress ensuring timely completion of work
  • Progress chasing and liaising with colleagues to maintain workflow efficiency
  • Maintain quality control standards across all repair and servicing tasks
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to within the workshop environment
Requirements that the Bodyshop Technician will need:
  • Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer and Auto Electrician within a busy workshop environment
  • Strong understanding of vehicle repair processes and standards
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Friendly and professional attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction
