Duties of the Service Receptionist:
- Greet and welcome customers upon their arrival at the garage
- Handle customer inquiries in person and over the phone with professionalism
- Schedule service appointments and update customers on their vehicle progress
- Liaise effectively with the technicians to ensure timely completion of jobs
- Process payments, invoices, and other administrative tasks
- Maintain a clean and professional reception area at all times
Candidate requirements:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Receptionist within the motor trade
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in computer systems for scheduling and billing
- A team player with a positive can-do attitude
