Are you an experienced Paint Sprayer looking for a rewarding role with excellent earning potential? Our client, a well-established and reputable automotive repair company based in Attleborough, is seeking a skilled Paint Sprayer to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a growing business that values quality workmanship and professional standards.

As a Paint Sprayer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality paint jobs on a variety of vehicles, ensuring completion within set timeframes. Your expertise will help maintain the company's reputation for excellence in vehicle refinishing.

  • Working Monday to Friday from 7am to 5pm, with Saturday mornings on a rota based on business needs

Duties:
  • Paint vehicles to a high standard, ensuring finishes meet quality expectations
  • Prepare vehicles by priming and masking prior to painting
  • Match painted panels accurately to the vehicle’s original colour
  • Use RPE and PPE correctly and when necessary for safety
  • Apply the correct amount of paint for the best finish
  • Inspect finished work and polish vehicles as required
  • Maintain a clean and organised workspace to promote quality and efficiency
  • Collaborate effectively with team members in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a vehicle painter or Paint Sprayer in an automotive repair environment
  • Strong knowledge of painting processes and techniques
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately from start to finish within tight deadlines
  • A team player who is eager to support colleagues and share knowledge
  • Skilled in meeting productivity targets and managing high work volumes
  • Capable of working under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality
