Are you an experienced Service Advisor seeking a new challenge? Our client is looking for a dedicated Service Advisor to join their busy main dealership in Watford. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a stand-alone site with a friendly, motivated team and a strong customer base.

The Service Advisor role is vital in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth workshop operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for the motor trade, this opportunity could be the perfect fit for you.

Our Client is offering the successful Service Advisor:

  • £35,000 Basic Salary / £45,000 OTE
  • Monday To Friday 8am - 6pm / 1 in 3 Saturday Morning Rota
  • Main Car Dealership Environment
  • Kerridge / 1Link Experience Advantageous
  • Previous Automotive Aftersales Background Required
  • Opportunities to earn on warranty, tyres, and sales commissions
  • Supportive and relatively new team with plenty of customer opportunities
Duties:

  • Assisting customers with service enquiries and check-ins
  • Booking vehicles into the workshop and managing repair schedules
  • Upselling relevant service plans, tyres, and warranty products
  • Organising job cards and liaising with technicians and parts department
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining accurate records of service and sales activities
Candidate spec:

  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor within a busy dealership environment
  • Knowledge of Kerridge and 1Link systems would be advantageous
  • Familiarity with Hyundai systems or main dealer experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible attitude to work hours, including Saturdays on a rota basis
