Duties

Conduct scheduled vehicle servicing and diagnostics using advanced mobile equipment
Perform in-depth repairs that typically require workshop facilities
Provide expert advice and recommendations to members based on inspection findings
Ensure vehicle safety checks meet company standards
Effectively manage a pre-booked schedule and deliver planned maintenance jobs
Use a fully equipped mobile van, diagnostic tools, and support systems to complete each task efficiently
Communicate clearly with customers, offering reassurance and high-quality service at their location
Maintain vehicle safety and compliance standards with attention to detail
Support the company’s commitment to customer satisfaction by delivering professional, timely repairs

Candidate spec

Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent recognised qualification
Minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a vehicle technician on light vehicles
Valid full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a mobile environment
Reliable, adaptable, and skilled at making on-the-spot decisions
Passionate about providing high-quality service and helping customers safely get back on the road
