  • Salary: Up to £37,500 basic + Bonus (OTE £48,000)
  • Hours: Monday – Friday 08:30am – 5:30pm + Alternate Saturdays 08:30am – 1:00pm
  • No Sundays or Bank Holidays
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Branch Manager to join a long-established, family-run autocentre in Nottingham. This is an ideal role for someone with strong automotive management experience who enjoys leading a team, driving workshop performance, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch
  • Work closely with the Workshop Manager to achieve workshop KPIs and targets
  • Maintain high levels of customer service and operational standards
  • Manage parts ordering and stock control efficiently
  • Handle customer enquiries and authorise repair work
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety procedures
  • Support recruitment, staff training, and team development
  • Stay up to date with company policies and industry developments
About You:
  • Previous experience within an automotive management or senior supervisory role
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service ability
  • Comfortable managing both operational and administrative duties
  • Knowledge of workshop health and safety standards
  • A proactive and hands-on management style
  • Full UK work authorisation and driving licence preferred
