Basic: £33k with salary review after successful probation 
Hours: 7.30am - 5pm Monday - Friday with no weekends 

Exciting career opportunity for a dedicated Bodyshop Receptionist to join a well-established accident repair centre in Croydon. If you have experience in customer service within the automotive sector and are looking to develop your career in a busy, reputable environment, this could be the perfect role for you. Our client is seeking a professional and organised Bodyshop Receptionist to become a key member of their team.

Benefits

  • The basic salary is £33,000 per annum, with a salary review after successful completion of the probation period
  • Working hours from 7.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday, with no weekends involved

Duties

  • Welcome and assist customers both face-to-face and over the phone in a professional manner as a Bodyshop Receptionist
  • Manage incoming repair jobs and update insurance partners and customers accordingly
  • Schedule bookings and arrange recovery for non-driveable vehicles
  • Organise collections and deliveries with onsite drivers, ensuring smooth workflow
  • Maintain accurate records using Autoflow and ensure all job details are correctly updated
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and handle any queries as a Bodyshop Receptionist
  • Coordinate courtesy car allocations and ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Keep communication active with insurance partners to uphold high CSI standards
Candidate spec

  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor or within a similar role such as a Bodyshop Receptionist
  • Knowledge of Autoflow or similar workshop management software
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Strong customer service ethos and professional manner
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a proactive approach to tasks
