Report to the Head of Marketing, this role is to support aftersales and sales through enhancing customer experience whilst using the in-house CRM to increase repeat custom, aftersales bookings and customer engagement.
- Maintain and manage customer records within the CRM to ensure key fields are completed.
- Review of customer details within DMS
- Ensure fleet and retail customers' records are segregated and maintained properly.
- Ensure GDPR-compliance is met across the business.
- Reporting data and analytics through CRM to the line manager.
- Ensuring showroom standards are met, maintained and well presented at all times.
- Log issues, complaints and similar onto DMS.
