An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Panel Beater to join a busy and well-established Accident Repair Centre in Ludlow.
This role is ideal for a skilled professional who takes pride in high-quality workmanship and is confident working on a wide range of vehicles. You’ll play a key role in restoring vehicles to manufacturer standards while working in a supportive and efficient bodyshop environment.

- Carry out high-quality panel repairs on damaged vehicles
- Assess vehicle damage and determine appropriate repair methods
- Remove, repair, and replace damaged panels
- Realign chassis and bodywork to manufacturer standards
- Use welding and panel beating techniques where required
- Work efficiently to meet deadlines and maximise bonus earnings
- Ensure all work meets industry and safety standards
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace.
- Level 3 qualification in Body/Vehicle Repair (essential)
- Proven experience as a Panel Beater within an accident repair/bodyshop environment
- Strong knowledge of repair techniques and body alignment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and quality-focused approach
- Motivated to work efficiently and maximise time saved bonus
- Full UK driving licence.
