- Salary: Between £28-35,000 per annum, pending experience.
- Hours: 42.5-hour week. 8:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing all warranty claims for submission to manufacturers for payment.
- Checking and clearing weekly statements and querying any overdue claims not paid or any discrepancies in payments.
- Ensuring all documentation falls in line with manufacturers' guidelines.
- Preparing invoices and warranty claims accurately by manufacturers' and departmental standards.
- Ensuring repair order documentation is fully and correctly completed.
- Ensuring all policy claims are quickly dealt with, and the customer reimbursements are correct.
- Maintaining high standards of control over displaced material returned to manufacturers.
- Accurately reconciling warranty credits and correctly administering discrepancies.
- Correctly identifying and promptly picking and supplying parts to our clients’ workshop team to carry out vehicle repairs.
- Helping carry out parts stock control and audits.
- Handling trade/retail customers regarding any parts inquiries.
