Vehicle Paint Sprayer - Accident Repair Centre based in Mansfield
  • Salary: £51,000 basic | OTE £60,000+ (uncapped bonus)
  • Hours: Monday – Friday 12:00pm – 9:00pm (40 hours per week)
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Vehicle Paint Sprayer to join a busy and well-established Accident Repair Centre in Mansfield. This is a high-volume, modern workshop offering excellent earning potential through uncapped bonus schemes and consistent workflow.

You’ll be working within a supportive, skilled team environment on a variety of insurance, OEM-approved, prestige, and fleet repair work. This site also supports LCV, hybrid, and EV repairs, offering a varied and interesting workload.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, paint, and finish vehicles to high industry standards
  • Mix and match paint colours accurately
  • Work to manufacturer, insurer, and repair specifications
  • Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
  • Work efficiently to meet production and time targets
  • Carry out final quality checks prior to completion
About You:
  • Experience as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician essential
  • Qualified to NVQ / IMI / City & Guilds Level 3 (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong knowledge of modern paint systems and repair methods
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Full UK driving licence required
