Panel Beater – Accident Repair Centre
  • Location: Mansfield
  • Salary: Up to £51,000 basic | £60,000+ OTE (uncapped bonus)
  • Hours: Monday – Friday 12:00pm – 9:00pm (40 hours per week)
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Panel Beater to join a busy and well-established Accident Repair Centre in Mansfield. This is a high-volume, modern workshop offering strong earning potential through uncapped bonus schemes and consistent workflow.

You’ll be joining a skilled, supportive team working on a wide range of insurance, OEM-approved, prestige, and fleet repairs, including LCV, hybrid, and EV work. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term role within a stable and growing business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Repair and replace vehicle body panels to high industry standards
  • Remove dents, damage, and structural issues using appropriate repair methods
  • Ensure all repairs are completed in line with manufacturer and insurer standards
  • Work efficiently to meet repair targets and timescales
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
  • Carry out quality checks prior to final completion
  • Work collaboratively with paint and MET technicians to ensure smooth workflow
About You:
  • Experience as a Panel Beater / Panel Technician / Body Repairer essential
  • Qualified to NVQ / IMI / City & Guilds Level 3 (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong understanding of modern repair techniques and vehicle structures
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Full UK driving licence required
