  • Salary: Up to £45,000 basic + Overtime
  • Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm | Saturday (1 in 2) 8:00am – 2:00pm
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a popular and well-established independent garage in Derby.

Key Responsibilities as a Vehicle Techincian will include:
  • Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a range of vehicles
  • Complete diagnostic checks and fault finding
  • Inspect vehicles for wear, damage, and general faults
  • Ensure all work is completed to DVSA standards
  • Deliver high levels of customer service where required
  • Support general workshop duties and repairs as needed
Requirements that the Vehicle Technician will need:
  • Level 2 or Level 3 qualification preferred but not essential
  • Time-served technicians also considered
  • Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician in a workshop environment
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving ability
  • MOT licence preferred but not essential
  • Full UK driving licence required
  • Positive, reliable, and team-focused attitude
  • Own tools required
