- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the aftersales department, including service, parts, and bodyshop areas
- Lead, motivate, and develop the aftersales team to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction
- Implement and monitor departmental processes to optimise efficiency and profitability
- Drive customer retention through excellent service delivery and relationship management
- Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Support the Aftersales Manager in strategic planning and departmental growth initiatives
- Ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed within the department
- Extensive experience within a franchise main dealer service department, ideally in a supervisory capacity
- Strong knowledge of DMS systems
- Proven track record in managing and developing teams
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Full UK manual driving licence with minimal penalty points
- Professional attitude with a focus on delivering excellent customer service
