An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Aftersales Advisor to join a leading car supermarket. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role where you’ll be the link between customers, warranty providers, and repair agents — ensuring every interaction delivers outstanding service.

- Proven experience in a customer service role (motor trade experience desirable)
- Confident communicator with strong PC and administration skills
- Personable and professional approach with excellent problem-solving ability
- Resilient, adaptable, and able to multitask in a busy environment
- Technical or vehicle knowledge is advantageous but not essential
