Are you an experienced Service Advisor looking for a new opportunity in Poole, Dorset? Our client is seeking a professional and dedicated Service Advisor to join their reputable automotive dealership. If you possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for the motor trade, this could be the perfect role for you.

Benefits

Competitive basic salary of £35,000 per annum
Realistic on-target earnings of £45,000 with strong monthly bonus potential
Working hours Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm
Every other Saturday, 8am to 1pm, with day off in lieu during the week

Duties

Greeting customers in a professional and friendly manner, both face-to-face and over the phone
Preparing job cards and ensuring accurate, detailed documentation of vehicle repairs and services
Advising customers on service plans, repairs, and maintenance options
Liaising with the workshop to update customers on vehicle progress
Upselling additional services and parts where appropriate
Managing the service department's administrative tasks efficiently

Candidate should have

Proven experience as a Service Advisor, Parts Advisor, or Service Administrator within the automotive industry is preferred but not absolutely essential 
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
Ability to work well within a team and independently
Knowledge of vehicle repair procedures and parts is advantageous
